2. Buyers are to assume full reaponsibilities for any consequences arising from:(a)the use of packing designs or
pattern made to order :(b)late submission of specifications or any other details necessary for the execution of
this sales confirmation:(C)late ostablishment of L/C:(d)late amendment to L/C imconsistent with the provisions
of sales confirmation.
3. Sellers are not responsible ofr late or non delivery in the event of accidents any contingencies beyond selldrs
control.
4. Claims if my concerning the goods shipped should be filed within 30days after arrival at destination.
5. This sales confirmation shall become effective once mutrally signed Neither modification nor cancellation is
allowed unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
