Job Purpose
To provide cover for Incubator and CTF Reception and an assistant administrative/secretarial
service to the UMIC Team.
Key accountabilities
Covering Reception when required ( Full day cover Monday and Tuesday) Covering
Lunch and absences also.
Collection and distribution of post between both Incubator and CTF buildings.
Franking of external mail and making sure adequate funds available. Re-charging
tenants. Arranging courier collection as required.
The delivery and collection of documents for UMIC from University Campus.
Providing secretarial and administrative support.
Ordering stationery and making sure there are always adequate supplies.
Liaising with supplier of photocopier regarding printer reading.
Organizing meetings when required.
Assisting with preparation of meetings including making tea/coffee if required.
Typing documents for various members of staff. Filling, photocopying, faxing, scanning
etc.
Arranging Purchase orders and liaising with the accounts department.
Liaising with supplier of visitor passes and cards.
Completing work in a timely manner.
Assisting with organization and running of Events as required.
Sending out building notices when required.
