Is / am / are

Mandarin sentence is quite straight forward, this is the simplest grammar structure for saying this
is/that is (object). There is no changes in this or that for singular or plural, so this or these
both are , and that or those both are , is, am, or are all are . But, there is a way
to emphasize these and those by adding to and .
E.g.

That is monkey. / Those are monkeys.

Vocabulary:(qin b) = pencil

For asking What is this? we just need add what after This is (Literally This
