UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES OPEN UNIVERSITY BAC Resolution Declaring Failure of Bidding RESOLUTION NO. 15-119 WHEREAS, the UP Open University Bids and Awards Committee (UPOU BAC) advertised the Request for Expression of Interest for the project “Construction Management ‘Services for the Construction of UPOU International Convention Center’, in the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) on 2 November 2015, and posted the same at the Philippine ‘Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) for seven days, and continuously at the UP Open University (UPOU) website, and on bulletin boards at the premises of the Open University; WHEREAS, despite said advertisements, no bids were received; NOW, THEREFORE, we the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to declare the THIRD FAILURE OF BIDDING for the project “Construction Management Services for the Construction of UPOU International Convention Center.” RESOLVED, at UPOU Headquarters, Los Bafios, Laguna this 15" day of December, 2016.
