    RE: Endorsement Request

    We are in the process of incorporating a company named (Company Name) with the Securities and
    Exchange Commission (SEC), hence, we are requesting to your respectable agency for the
    issuance of an endorsement letter addressed to the SEC. Attached with this letter request are the
    proposed Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
    We are submitting this letter to your agency in accordance with the SEC guidelines in order to
    secure an endorsement which will form part of the requirements that will be submitted to the SEC.
