TENDER NOTICE

DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICES


FOR INFORMATION COMMUNICATION
TECHNOLOGY BUILDING (ICT)
The Montego Bay Free Zone Company Ltd through the
Port Authority of Jamaica
(PAJ) invites interested
Consultants to visit the website at www.portjam.com or
offices at the address below, to provide all the
consultancy services necessary to design and obtain
statutory approvals for the proposed development of a
63000 s.f. multistory ICT building, inclusive of upgrade
of infrastructure, water supply, sewer system, electrical
and other communication utilities.
Interested Consultants must provide the following:

Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)


Evidence of Company Registration
ProfessionalArchitectual /Engineering Registration
Certificate

Failure to provide all of the above shall result in the rejection of the
tender.
Tender Documents will be available to interested firms from August
15, 2011, to August 26, 2011 at a cost of J$3,500.00. Payments
should be by cash or Managers Cheque made payable to The Port
Authority of Jamaica. Firms submitting responses without prior
purchase of the Tender Document will not be considered.
Tenders must be submitted in a plain envelope addressed to:Senior Vice President

Kingston
and clearly marked Design Consultancy Services MBFZ

Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender box located in
the main entrance lobby on the Ground Floor of the Port Authority
Building at 15-17 Duke Street, Kingston, not later than 12:00 noon
on Friday September 2, 2011.
Tenderers are invited to observe the Tender Opening, which will take place
approximately fifteen (15) minutes after the closing of the Tender Box. The
Tender Opening will be conducted in the First Floor Conference Room at the
Port Authority of Jamaica.
