Materials:
DK/light worsted yarn (~100g)
5.50mm hook (US I 9)
Yarn needle
Design Notes:
I used 2 balls of Shepherd Aussie Baby DK (131m [144yds] per 50g) in the colour
code 2232 (55% nylon, 45% acrylic).
This design is to help people practice various crochet stitches (single crochet,
half-double crochet, double crochet and triple crochet).
To help with keeping stitch definition easy to see, I suggest 'simple' yarns (eg. not
eyelash yarn) and in a solid colour (black is not recommended, neither is
variegated yarn)
The scarf in the photos has 32 repeats of the pattern and is approximately 213cm
(84") long with a 7.6cm (3") fringe on either side (229cm [90"] total).
Gauge is not terribly important; you can easily choose to use a thicker or thinner
yarn weight with the same pattern.
