Coordination Group:

Friday: 9:30-10:30 am

Indication:
The Patient should be able to stand on one leg for at least 3 seconds
The Patient should be able to move both arms

What we need:
1-2 Physios/ Rehab Assistance
2-6 Patients
60 min (for OP in combination with a single session)

Options:

Circuit training: (Different stations with different exercises)


Standing on an Airex mat and playing Badminton
Walking slalom (around cones) while playing/ bouncing with a ball/ rocket+ balloon
Walking Circuit with balance training; walking over steps; walking on the blue and green
balance pads;.
Standing on a trampoline and catching and throwing balls in different ways
Doing it with two patients together
Aids:
-sticks
-mats
-balls (different sizes/ different weight / different materials)
-bean sacks
-cones
-airex pillow

-trampoline
-balloons
-.etc..

Sitting or standing in a circle (depends on the group constellation)


Ball games: -throw a ball from one patient to the next (change the speed, the balls, the way you
throw, with bouncing on the ground, in combination with cognitive exercises)
Ropes knot together to a circle, each patient holds the rope in a circle, doing weight shifting (leftright, back-front), passing the rope to the left-right. Up-down.
Cone games like bowling
Combination of ball- and cognitive exercises

Mat Program:
Each Patient is lying on a mat and we do exercises in laying position
With a Pilates Roll
With Gym Ball
In the 4 Point Position
With a small ball under the pelvis
Pelvis exercises

Sitting on gym ball


Weight shifting on the gym ball (front-back; right-left)
Bouncing (with Arms and heels)
Combined with ball exercises
Combined with stick exercises

..be creative for other exercises
