JOBSUMMARY:
To manage the materials inspection at the Vendor/Manufacturers premises for during manufacturing and
beforereleaseforshipment.
PRIMARYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ToconductinspectionsatManufacturers/VendorsPremiseswithrespecttoapprovedITP,
P.O,ProjectSpecificationsandInternationalStandards.
2. ToassistProcurementQCSupervisorforplannedandscheduledinspectionsat
vendors/manufacturerslocations.
3. TocoordinatewithClientsmonitoringInspectorforconductanceofinspectionswithplaned
inspectionschedules.
4. ToassistQCSupervisorProcurementtoprepareTWOWeekLookaheadscheduleandWeekly
FabricationStatusReport.
5. TochairPreinspectionMeetingsforLevelofInspection2&abovecommoditiesasperSaudi
AramcoSAER1972requirements.TodiscussandfinalizetheP.Orequirements,technical
evaluationswithrespecttoapprovedNMRs,tofinalizethefrequencyofinspectionpointsfor
Level2&3.
6. TopreparetheminutesofPreinspectionmeetingsandsubmissiontoQCSupervisorfor
onwardsubmissiontoVendorInspectionDivisionofSaudiAramco.
7. Toreviewthematerialinspectionreportsandsigningoffthedocumentsfoundwithin
acceptablerangesofrelevantcodesandstandards.
8. ToconducttheinprocessinspectionsasperITPsandpreparationofVisitInspectionReports
withrespecttocommodityitems.Inspectionduringmanufacturingincludingbutnotlimited
to;Casting,Welding,NDTs,Hydrotesting,FunctionalTesting,Dimensionalinspections,Visual
InspectionsforfollowingcommoditiesValves,Pipes,InductionBends,Gaskets,StoodBolts,
PressureVessels,Tanks,Drums,Fittingsetc.
9. Toconductfinalinspectionsbeforeshipmentofthematerialandissuanceofinspection
releasenotes.
10. ToassistProcurementQCSupervisorforpreparationofFinalDispositionReportsforonward
submissiontoClient.

WORKEXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 Years of inspection experience during at FamiliaritywithISO9000qualitycontrolsystem.
Knowledge of international Codes/Standards e.g.
manufacturingofcommodities.
ASME B31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.8, API 620, 650, 653,
1104,ASMEV,VIII,IX,AWSD1.1.
Withexcellentabilityinreportwriting,businessand
technicalcorrespondenceanddataanalysis.
Possess team leadership, management with very
goodnegotiationandcommunicationskills.
