Answer: Social networks in education plays a great role for all the
students and professors. The resources may be shared among
members of a group through social media like Facebook. They
interact and share ideas on how they improve and how they can
build their strength and knowledge on TESOL through social
media.

Answer: I think the best to meet and learn from other Language
Teachers is the Hawaii Society. It would be great to meet teachers
at the BYUH TESOL Society but then it would just be in Byuh.
Hawaii Society is a really huge TESOL society where I can meet a
whole tons of great language teachers here in the state to learn
from them and their experiences and profession. In this way I
would be introduced to many other effective teachers in order to
work together with them and cooperate with them about TESOL
knowledge.

Keeping current in the field used to mean heading to the library and reading stacks
of professional journals or magazines. Now many of these journals can be found for
free online. Below is an old article which lists several of these online journals. Some
of the links may be broken, but by searching for the magazines name on the
internet, you probably will be able to find a new link.
Browse through several of the online magazines below. Since this article is
a few years old, also search the Internet for other online scholarly
publications related to our field. You will be asked to report your findings
later.

Running out of teaching ideas? Burned out in the classroom? If so, I have some good news
for you: the internet is a magnificent source of free online journals, magazines and
newsletters. In this article I will review some of my favourites.
Asian EFL Journal

This excellent online journal examines issues within the Asian EFL linguistic scene, and youll
find archived articles from 2002 to 2005. Their most recent issue includes such diverse
features as A tale of two mainland Chinese English learners, Frequency effects on Japanese

cultural awareness.

This journal deals with bilingual education, bilingualism and language policies in education,
and has a vast collection of articles dating back to 1992. A very good resource for bilingual
educators.

CALICO, the Computer Assisted Language Instruction Consortium, is a professional
organization that serves a membership involved in both education and technology. Many of
their journal articles are available online, including ones dating back to 1983.

- I learned from this website that it has a lot of great information and resources
for teachers and students all over the world. They accept submissions from

because they are there to help assist teachers and students who
are currently studying TESOL and be able to help them learn new
ways to learn and to teach students. The resources are also
helpful because they provide many opportunities for students and
teachers to progress in the field of teaching and introducing them
to a newer level of teaching and learning.
