Unit 6 Test
1. Two ways to get your index.html page open and ready for editing are the
following: use your newly-found file manager to browse to your Web Work
folder, and double-click on index.html or go to the File menu on the top line
and then use the Open Document option.
2. Amaya want to name the new style sheet New.css, but it is unwise because it
is conventional to name the style sheet file style.css and not to include any
capital letter in the name.
3. On the first line of each entry goes the name of the HTML tag that you want
to specify a style for.
4. On the subsequent lines, specify the various aspects of that style.
5. The web browser will know where the line ends by adding a semicolon.
6. A <ul> defines a bulleted list.
7. Its always good to include a semicolon at the end of a line.
8. To change the one, or indeed hundreds, of pages by making single change to
a single style sheet files is make a CSS so useful.
9. No you cant use all the fonts because when you specify a font in your CSS,
the actual data that make up the font dont get included in the page.
10.Its always safest to ensure that you specify fonts in your CSS files which are
pretty much guarantee to be installed as standard on most visitors
computers.
