Dear Ms. Smith

Your Home Realty is expanding their workforce and would be pleased if you would
become the newest member of our marketing department.

It is important to Your Home Realty that employees are provided with the opportunity to
grow and succeed in the company.As a member of our marketing team, you willbe
designing advertising pieces for each new home that comes onto the market to ensure that
buyers see the house as quickly as possible. In a sense you will not only be representing
our company, but also the sellers who have chosen us to market their homes.

Since you are representing the company and our clients, we ask that all new members go
through a two-week training session before handling any documents or communicating
with clientele. This is merely for liability issues and to familiarize new employees with
company protocol. After the training session is complete,marketing personnel go though
a trial basis employment and are asked to work under the supervision of our marketing
specialist for two months. At the end of that period, a board will convene and determine
if making you a permanent employee is in the best interest of the company.

Along with training, whileemployed by Your Home Realty employees will receive full
medical coverage after three months of employment, this includes, dental, vision, and
medical care.Childcare is available upon requestfor those with children between the ages
of 1 and 5.This position offers up to three weeks paid vacation per year,along with six
weeks maternity leave.The salary is based on the average hourly rate, roughly twenty-
seven dollars an hour.
