HOW TO TAKE CARE ELDERY

Good morning my friend, I want to discuss with you about how to take care eldery. The
first you must remember , in the part body of eldery has many change as decrease of functional
organs. Because of that , you as a nurse can give take care as if the eldery experienced tremor,
you can hold the body of eldery while walking and sitting. When the eldery eat , you can
mouthful with spoon. Take care eldery in the home, you can give suggestion to dont use slippery
floor, it make slip for eldery or injured for eldery. Maybe you can give suggestion to use lighting
are bright to help to see a around or too make the eldery feel calm and pleasant. In activity, you
can give suggestion easy activity to eldery example farm, mediatation, walking, sweep the
yard,etc. the eldery usually experienced joint pain, it cause from do hard activity.
Nurse can give relaxation therapy to eldery. Maybe you give therapy when the eldery
experienced joint pain . Usually the eldery experienced deaf or have problem with the ears.
Because of that, when you communication with the eldery ,dont scream but soft speak with
high tone. If the eldery experienced narrow, you can give take deep breath therapy, it make
decrease narrow. That all I can give information about how to take care eldery.
