2015-2016 QUARTERLY READING AND MATHEMATICS PMP
CRITERIA, GRADES K-5

The following criteria can be used to initiate a


Progress Monitoring Plan (PMP) in reading and
mathematics for students.
If a student progresses to grade level performance, the
PMP intervention can be discontinued following a
parent/teacher conference, where it is documented on
the conference form that the intervention will be
discontinued due to the students progression to grade
level performance. The teacher and parent must then
sign the conference form.
