    Mr.J.Abo, R&D specialist who had visited RBL, sometime in Feb 2006 is coming again instead of
    Mr.Uchida. He will be reaching here on 4th Oct and returning on 13th Oct night.

    Our last experience with Mr.Abo has been extremely good and he seems to have shared lot of
    information.

    Hence it is important that we will list out all the issues and discuss with him in a structured
    manner with our suggestions so that we can resolve various problems during his visit.

    He will visit all 3 plants and some customers like BIL, MBSI, MUL.

    His tentative programme is given below:

    4th Oct - Arrival - SBN to arrange pick up from the airport.


    5th Oct - Meet President / R&D
    6th Oct - Plant 1
    9th Oct - Plant 2
    10th Oct - Plant 3
    11th Oct - Marketing / MUL
    12th Oct - Marketing / MBSI
    13th Oct - MFD/MMD/R&D

    Pl send all your queries,etc. to him in advance so that he could come prepared for discussion with
    us.
