Renters Instructions
Applicant may not be accepted if:

history of eviction or have rent related charge against their credit

convicted of a felony
Bad credit is not an automatic rejection - the property owner makes the final decision

Application fee: Application processed after application fee is collected

One person = $50

Married Couple= $75 (legally married, common law couples not recognized by credit bureaus)
2 single persons = $100

First month rent, security deposit and pet deposit required on day lease signed
Proration for partial month proration due on the 1st of the second month.
Calculate prorate rent = $rent/30 days * number of rent days due for partial month. Start counting for
day keys received.
Lease period is 12 months. Minimum $100 additional charge for month-to-month and short term
leases as determined by owner.

Deposit will be refunded if prospective tenant is disqualified or turned down by owner.
If prospective tenant change their mind after deposit paid, refund will not be given.
Deposit check will be deposited owners bank account when received.
