Understand and apply the meaning of David Gardners words: We learn simply by
the exposure of living. Much that passes for educatioins is not education at all but
ritual. The fact is that we are beinmg educated when we know it least.
are part of a nurturing fraternity of teachers who encourage each other rather than
be little or criticize.
find that if one refuses to accept anything but a students best effort, one very

newe idea from as teacher, will never return to its former capacity and willingness to
learn.

lives, caring enough to listen to what a students is willing to share.
motivate young minds to think for themselves rather than preoccupy themselves
with learning and memorizing facts.
