Requirement 1 - Portfolio Project Reflection

Project Title: puzzle cube
Name: Valerie Gonzalez
Partners: abstract
Abstract: Five- to six-sentence overview of the entire project process from beginning to
end
The purpose of Puzzle cube project was to develop sketching, modeling skills and auto
Cab skills .we began with problome statement that sated Office Furniture Company
throws away tens of thousands of scarp hardwood cubes that results from its furniture
construction progress .The material is expensive. Creat of new solution for fixing puzzle
cube and less expensive.
When I finally understood statement I began solving the problem by applying the design
process. First step I took was brainstorming and sketching possible combentaions . Next
I developed 2 solutions to solve puzzle cube problome. I sketched the assembled puzzle
cube as well as 5 different parts in isometric .I also stitched multivew of the five parts .
Now I began learning how to use auto cab I assembled, exploded, and created annoted
drawings .I then fabricated a prototype using cubes. Then I figured out it worked and
that was my solution

Skills Utilized: List all skills related to this project, (IE, inventor, sketching, PowerPoint,
soldering, etc.)
Key Learning / Reflection: Discuss project successes, iterations and failures give indepth explanations for both. What additional questions were raised by this project?

What would you do differently? I would have built my puzzle cube easier to assembled
by creating bigger parts that would easily construct would have not made it hard to
construct
What did other groups do that was innovative, or what would you do differently if you
had more time?

What I would do differently to improve my solution would be make the puzzle cube
easier to construct and manage. Also if I had more time I would have created multiple
solution and gone with the one with the best fit .

Acknowledgements: List of those individuals outside of the group who have helped or
mentored you during this project.

Requirement 2 - Project Display Template

This template can be created in PowerPoint as a single slide. Change the slide size to
11x17 or larger to be hung on walls or printed smaller to fit in physical portfolio.
