    indisadvantagedareas.Theyworkinpartnershipwithcommunitiesusingholistic
    CommunityDevelopmentprinciplesandapproachesanddeliveravarietyofservices
    commissionedfromLeedsCityCouncilandotherfunders.Theseinclude:

    TheBridgeLearningDisabilitiesservice
    TimetoshineBMEEldersNetwork
    Breastfeedingpeersupportproject

    OneofthekeystoHFAssuccessliesintheirstrongrelationshipwithpartnerse.g.local
    schools,GPs,neighbourhoodnetworkschemes,Childrenscentres,housing,other
    voluntary&communityorganisations,healthprofessionalsandmanyotherlocalstatutory
    services.Theserelationshipshavebuiltupoverthepast25years.
    ThisworkshopwillprovidefurtherinsightintoHFAsworkandtheirmodelofdelivery,itwill
    alsoprovideanopportunitytoaskquestionsregardingvolunteeringandemployment
    opportunitieswithinHealthforAll.
