TENANCY AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made at Karachi on this 16th day of October 2012

BETWEEN
MRS. SEEMA NASEEM S/O SYED MUHAMMAD NASEEM RIZVI, MUSLIM,Adult,
holding C.N.IC. NO 42101-5995326-2, Resident of: HOUSE NO. B-352, BLOCK-13 ,
FEDERAL B AREA, KARACHI, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER ( Which
expression shall include her legal heirs, advisors, representative, executors and assigns ) of the
One Part.
AND
MR IRFAN AMIR S/O LATE MUHAMMAD AMIR, Muslim, adult, holding C.N.I.C. NO.
42301-0657497-5, Resident of: 84/II, 31ST STREET, KH-E-SEHAR,PHASE-V-EXT., D.H.A.,
KARACHI hereinafter referred to as the TENANT (Which expression shall include his legal
heirs, advisors, representatives, Executors and assigns) of the Other Part.
AND WHEREAS the Owner confirms that she being the Owner is legally Competent to rent out
: FIRST FLOOR PORTION OF BUNGALOW NO 80/II/IJ STREET ,PHASE VI,
MEASURING 500 SQUARE YARDS OR THEREABOUT, SITUATED IN PAKISTAN
DEFENCE OFFICERS HOUSING AUTHORITY, KARACHI , along with all necessary
fittings and fixture therein AND WHEREAS the Owner above named has agreed to let out the
said premises and the Tenant above named has agreed to take on rent the SAID PREMISES on
the followings terms and conditions.
