Using my understanding of practice

and PIE to create classes that prepare
future homeowners. The classes will
test if delinquencies decrease in future
homeowners.

Behavior 12

Conducting a financial class and

financial planning with current
homeowners who are delinquent.
Quantitative research will be used to
determine the decrease in number of
delinquencies. Qualitative research will
determine if the homeowners found it
useful.

Behavior 13

Using the research results from

behavior 12 will provide direction on
future planning and preparation for
homeowners.
