ranging from Crew Member to Store General Manager.
Created the companies personalized shift management training
class. Resulted in the successful training of thirteen shift
managers in which 95% of trainees received Deans List at
corporate level training events.
In six months successfully trained eight Department Managers
who were able to put systems in place and increase transactions
and sales within their stores.
Personalized training approach led to the promotion of four
managers and 20 crew trainers.
Provided orientation and hospitality classes for over 50 employees
hired within the organization in less than five months.
Successfully trained one General Manager to run a 4.6 million
dollar store in less than six month.
Implemented systems in all restaurants that decreased labor, food
costs, and cash loss.

Managed a store that employs over 50 personnel that come


from a wide variety of educational, professional, and social

backgrounds. Able to implement an employee and management


training program that streamlined supply chain management
and decreased service wait time.
Increased top line sales from 1.4 million dollars to 1.9 million
dollars within the initial 18 months of promotion to general
manger by personally managing profit and loss projections,
customer interaction, and employee and manager scheduling.
Increased mystery shop numbers on monthly random
inspections conducted by customers scheduled by the
McDonalds Corporation. McDonalds Customer Satisfaction

Worked with a small team that was able to deconflict air space
for a variety of Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, and civilian
aircraft in tactical, training, and real world environments.
Upon graduation from basic training received civilian Control
Tower Operator certification to work as a civilian air traffic
controller, received and maintained a Secret Clearance and left
the military with an Honorable Discharge.
