|, Laura Austin Thomas, the undersigned District Attorney of said County, in the name and by the
authority’ of the State of Oklahoma, give information that in said County of Payne and in the State of
Oklahoma, ADACIA AVERY CHAMBERS did then and there unlawfully, wilfully, knowingly and wrongfully
commit the crime(s) of:
COUNT 1: MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE ~ a FELONY, On or about the 24" day of October,
2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of Murder in the Second Degree was committed by
‘Adacia Avery Chambers, who, without authority of Law, did effect the death of Dr. Marvin Stone by causing
mortal wounds in and on the body of Dr. Marvin Stone, who did languish and die, by driving her vehicle into a
highly visible crowd of people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities, striking
a large number of pedestrian, said act of Adacia Avery Chambers being imminently dangerous to another
person and evincing a depraved mind, regardless of human life, although without any premediated design
known to the State, to effect the death of any particular targeted individual, in violation of Title 21 OSA,
Section 701.8, contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Okiahoma,
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for ten (10) years to life.
COUNT 2: MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE ~ a FELONY, On or about the 24" day of October,
2016, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of Murder in the Second Degree was committed by
‘Adacia Avery Chambers, who, without authority of Law, did effect the death of Bonnie Jean Stone by
causing mortal wounds in and on the body of Bonnie Jean Stone, who did languish and die, by driving her
vehicle into a highly visible crowd of people enjoying the Okiahoma State University homecoming parade
festivities, striking @ large number of pedestrian, said act of Adacia Avery Chambers being imminently
dangerous to another person and evincing a depraved mind, regardless of human life, although without any
premediated design known to the State, to effect the death of any particular targeted individual, in violation of
Title 21 OSA, Section 701.8, contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and
against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for ten (10) years to life.
COUNT 3: MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE ~ a FELONY, On or about the 24” day of October,
2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of Murder in the Second Degree was committed by
‘Adacia Avery Chambers, who, without authority of Law, did effect the death of Nakita Nakel Prabhaker by
causing mortal wounds in and on the body of Nakita Nakel Prabhaker, who did languish and die, by driving
her vehicle into a highly visible crowd of people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade
festivities, striking a large number of pedestrian, said act of Adacia Avery Chambers being imminently
dangerous to another person and evincing a depraved mind, regardless of human if, although without any
premediated design known to the State, to effect the death of any particular targeted individual, in violation of
Title 21 OSA, Section 701.8, contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and
against the peace and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for ten (10) years to life.
COUNT 4: MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE ~ a FELONY, On or about the 24” day of October,
2016, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of Murder in the Second Degree was committed by
‘Adacia Avery Chambers, who, without authority of Law, did effect the death of N.C.L., a juvenile 2 years old,
by causing mortal wounds in and on the body of N.C.L., who did languish and die, by driving her vehicle into a
highly visible crowd of people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities, striking
a large number of pedestrian, said act of Adacia Avery Chambers being imminently dangerous to another
person and evincing a depraved mind, regardless of human life, although without any premediated design
known to the State, to effect the death of any particular targeted individual, in violation of Tite 21 OSA,
Section 701.8, contrary to the form and the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for ten (10) years to life.COUNT 5: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24" day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
‘Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Nicolette Strauch, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Nicolette Strauch, in violation of Title 21 OSA
‘Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding life.
COUNT 6: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Sharon Schmitz, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Sharon Schmitz, in violation of Title 21 OSA Section
652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Oklahoma,

COUNT 7: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Leo Schmitz, with her automobile,
which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour signs and
roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of people
enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop and with
such force and violent means did thereby injure Leo Schmitz, in violation of Title 21 OSA Section 652(C),
contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of
the State of Oklahoma
This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding life.
COUNT 8: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
‘who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Sheri Elizabeth Bates, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Sheri Elizabeth Bates, in violation of Title 21 OSA
Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding life.
COUNT 9: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who. without authority of law. did commit an assault and battery upon one Kelly Murphy. with her automobile.which said defendant operated and used to wilingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour signs and
roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of people
enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop and with
such force and violent means did thereby injure Kelly Murphy, in violation of Title 21 OSA Section 652(C),
contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of
the State of Okiahoma
This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding life.
COUNT 10: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
‘who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Diana Rodriguez, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Diana Rodriguez, in violation of Title 21 OSA
Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding life.
COUNT 11: ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OR FORCE LIKELY TO PRODUCE DEATH ~ a
FELONY, On or about the 24th day of October, 2015, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, the crime of
Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Mary “Annette” Turner, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Mary “Annette” Turner, in violation of Title 21 OSA
Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.

Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Kelly Harrison, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadbiocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Kelly Harrison, in violation of Title 21 OSA Section
652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Oklahoma,

and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Kimberly Harrison., in violation of Title 21 OSA

Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Amanda Reynolds, with her
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to wilingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Amanda Reynolds, in violation of Title 21 OSA
Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.

who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one F.A.R., a juvenile 17 months of
age, with her automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously
evade detour signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile
into @ crowd of people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any
attempt to stop and with such force and violent means did thereby injure F.A.R.., in violation of Title 21 OSA
Section 652(C), contrary to the form and the statue in such cases made and provided and against the peace
and dignity of the State of Oklahoma.

who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Steven Edwards, with her

who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Teresa Edwards, with het
automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detourSigns and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of

Assault and Battery by Means or Force Likely to Produce Death was committed by Adacia Avery Chambers,
‘who, without authority of law, did commit an assault and battery upon one Z.L. a juvenile 6 years of age, with
her automobile, which said defendant operated and used to willingly, wrongfully and feloniously evade detour
signs and roadblocks all while increasing her speed and, thereafter drove the said automobile into a crowd of
people enjoying the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade festivities without any attempt to stop
and with such force and violent means did thereby injure Z.L.., in violation of Title 21 OSA Section 652(C),
