D-BOX XS

D-BOX XS es un dispositivo electrnico de control UCM. Este sistema sirve

para detectar la existencia de algn tipo de movimiento incontrolado de la cabina (UCM)
con puertas abiertas. Si el movimiento incontrolado aparece abre la serie de seguridad y
adems bloquea el limitador de velocidad.

D-BOX XS is a UCM-control electronic device. This system is used for

detecting any type of uncontrolled movement of the car (UCM) with the
doors open. Should an uncontrolled movement occur, the safety line opens
and the overspeed governor is locked.

Debe ser usado en combinacin con un limitador de velocidad equipado con una bobina
de bloqueo del giro del limitador.

It must be used along with an overspeed governor incorporating a governor

rotation locking coil

Alimentacin elctrica:
- La alimentacin elctrica 24-30 VDC o AC.
- Alimentacin por bateras. 12 VDC, 1 Ah

Power supply:

Seales necesarias de entradas procedentes de la instalacin:

- Seal de puertas (DOORS): entre 48 y 230 VDC/AC.
- Seal de la mquina de traccin (MOTOR): entre 48 y 230 VDC/AC.
- Seal de nivel (LEVEL): admite lgica de 0 VDC y de 24 VDC

D-BOX XS est un dispositif lectronique

de contrle dUCM. Ce systme sert dtecter lexistence de
tout mouvement incontrl de la cabine (UCM) avec les portes
ouvertes. Si le mouvement incontrl apparat, le systme ouvre la srie
de scurit tout en bloquant le limiteur de vitesse.
D-BOX XS doit tre utilis en combinaison avec un limiteur de vitesse disposant dune
bobine de blocage de la rotation du limiteur.

D-BOX XS ist eine elektronische UCM-Steuerung.

Mit
diesem Sicherheitsbauteil soll das Vorhandensein einer unbeabsichtigten
Fahrkorbbewegung (UCM) bei geffneten Tren festgestellt werden. Tritt
die unbeabsichtigte Bewegung ein, wird der Sicherheitskreis geffnet.
Auerdem wird der Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer gesperrt.
Es muss zusammen mit einem Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer eingesetzt
werden, der ber eine Sperreinrichtung der Begrenzerdrehung verfgt.
Stromversorgung:
- Die Stromversorgung erfolgt mit 24-30 V Gleich- oder Wechselspannung.
- Akkuversorgung 12 V DC, 1 Ah
Erforderliche Eingangssignale aus der Anlage:
- Trsignal (DOORS): zwischen 48 und 230 V DC/AC
- Signal der Antriebsmaschine (MOTOR): zwischen 48 und 230 V DC/AC
- Etagensignal (LEVEL): Lsst eine Logik von 0 V DC und 24 V DC zu.
Wahlweise Eingangssignale aus der Anlage:

Dicho sistema funciona como un sistema completo de proteccin

frente a movimientos incontrolados de la cabina con puerta
abierta, tambin conocido como UCM.

El limitador en el conjunto Quasar T25 es de tipo embarcado. Esto

quiere decir que el limitador viaja con la cabina. El conjunto se
amarra por 4 tornillos al larguero del bastidor. La parte de reenvo
se amarrar al larguero a la altura que el instalador le convenga.

Le limiteur dans lensemble Quasar T25 est de type embarqu. Cela
veut dire que le limiteur se dplace avec la cabine. Lensemble est
fix au longeron du chssis laide de 4 vis. La partie de renvoi sera
fixe au longeron la hauteur qui convient linstallateur.

Das System besteht aus:

- Signalsteuerkasten mit der Bezeichnung DBOX
- Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer QUASAR T-25/ T-25UD
- Bremsfangvorrichtung ASG/ ASG UD
Das besagte System bietet kompletten Schutz vor unkontrollierten
Bewegungen der Kabine bei offenen Tren, auch bekannt unter der
Bezeichnung UCM.
Die Baugruppe erfllt die Anforderungen der Norm UNEEN
8120:2014 & UNE-EN 81-50:2014.
Der Begrenzer in der Baugruppe Quasar T25 ist vom mitfahrenden
Typ. Das heit, der Begrenzer fhrt mit der Kabine mit. Die
Baugruppe wird mit 4 Schrauben am Lngstrger des Rahmens
befestigt. Die Hhe, an der das Umlenkteil am Lngstrger befestigt
wird, liegt im Ermessen des Installateurs.

The governor is directly anchored to the slab in the machine room
or to the upper part of the lift shaft, linked to its tensioning pulley
in the pit via the rope. This tensioning pulley is anchored to the
guide rail by means of clamps.

Der Begrenzer wird direkt an der Wand des Maschinenraums oder im

oberen Bereich des Aufzugschachts befestigt; er ist ber das Seil mit der in
der Grube befindlichen Spannrolle verbunden. Diese Spannrolle wird
mittels Flanschen an der Fhrung befestigt.

mediante un sistema tensor.

The Star overspeed governor is fitted in the lifts car or frame and
moves together with them. Therefore, the governor in the machine
room and the diverter pulley in the pit can be eliminated. The

via a tensioning system.

Die Baugruppe erfllt die Anforderungen der Norm UNEEN 8120:2014 &

Der Star Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer wird am Fahrkorb oder am
Fahrgestell des Aufzugs angebracht und verfhrt mit diesen. Dank dessen
konnten der Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzer im Maschinenraum und die
Umlenkrolle in der Schachtgrube weggelassen werden. Der Begrenzer
verfhrt, whrend das an der Schachtdecke und an der Schachtgrube mit
einem Spannsystem befestigte Seil fest bleibt.
