Dear Sameera,
How are you? I really hope you and your family are in good health. I am now happily
enjoying my holidays in India and I am emailing this to you from there. All this have started
when my fathers friend, Mr. Anand invited us to India couples of months ago and my father
finally agreed last week. Last Thursday, my family and I flew to India and Mr. Anand
welcomed us and we stayed at his home.
The next day, he brought us to Taj Mahal and I just loved its atmosphere. It attractes
more than 60 000 tourists every year. Taj Mahal is also called as domed marble tomb. It is a
part of an integrated complex consisting of gardens and two red-sandstone buildings
surrounded by a crenellated wall on three sides.
Then, I went India Gate. India Gate is a war memorial located astride the Rajpath. It
truly envokes the bravery of Indian Army who have fought for nations freedom.
The thing I enjoyed the most is trying different types of indian food from north to south.
I even saw some Bollywood actors in Mumbai but I did not got a chance to take a picture
with them.
India is truly a wonderful place to visit and you should visit it once with your family. I
really had a whale of time together with my family. Tomorrow I will fly back to Malaysia.
