2e. Write two lists entitled "What I Know" and "What I Don't Know about my
issue. Develop a list of possible resources that you could help you explore what
you know and find answers to what you dont know about your issue.
What I Know:
-The middle class is defined by people who make between 30,000 and 100,000
per year.
-The middle class is smaller than it was in the 70s
-American jobs going overseas is a big cause of this collapse.
-Productivity is ever rising, while wages and poverty are staying the same, and
unemployment is getting worse.
-The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, and the middle class
is shrinking as a result.
-The cost of living is rising with the times.
-The cost of basic necessities is rising as well.
-The current presidential race is talking about these issues on the Democrat and
Republican sides alike.

What I Dont Know:

-Personal stories of people who are affected by this issue (other than my
grandfather and myself).
-Other causes of the collapse other than listed above.
-More substantial numbers that correlate with just how many jobs are moving
overseas as opposed to 40 years ago.
-Numbers showing the rise of productivity.
-Numbers showing the rise of cost in basic life necessities.
-Examples from the presidential races.

Possible resources:
Presidential Websites
Census Data other than that which strictly adheres to middle class (productivity,
GDP, etc.).
More extensive searches for personal stories online
Conducting interviews with those affected.
