• Identifies a complex issue well suited for Global Action
• States a goal that links more than two issues and provides an
explanation of the link
• Selects a range of appropriate skills/competencies necessary to
complete plan with justification
L5 • Names the significant individuals or groups that influence the
global decision making process
• Presents a sophisticated action plan that indicates, with precision,
the multiple steps needed to achieve the goal
• Critically analyses suggested sources and resources for validity
