cancer, and cirrhosis which can all be caused by the way we live in early adulthood.

become pregnant and although there is a sigma around menopause it is not that bad.

reach their peak until their 40s or even their 60s.
8) Does our personality change dramatically over time? No, while we are flexible and
able to adapt the way we do tends to stay the same.
9) Do we continue to adjust? Yes, adults have to adjust to changes just as often as
adolescents do.

The desire to pass knowledge and wisdom on to the next generation.

11) Why so some become unhappy in the Middle Adult Era? They start to remember
and long for things they did when they were younger.
12) Unlike men, when do women face their difficulties? In early adulthood when some
are balancing work, families, and education.
