Description
Teacher announces the objetives of the lesson:
Content: to learn about the perception of colour
and the colours of the rainbow.
Languaje: to learn vocabulary link to the topic
and talk expresing opinions with structures of
comparison and contrast.
Teacher describe colour perception the Newtons
theory using the Interactive whiteboard and ask
the students. And ask the students how would be
a world in black and white.
Teacher tells to read the text about the colour
percepcion in the book.
Teacher checks comprehesion with True/False
statement.
Teacher divides the students in groups. Students
have to talk and write down as many colours as
they know.
Teacher write on the blackboard several
structures of comparison and contrast that
students will be able to listen in the shown video.
In pairs, students must use the structures of
comparison and contrast to explain to the partner
which and why is his/her favourite colour.
Teacher says to the student to make the activities
about the colour.
Teacher ask for the students to correct the
activities aloud.
Teacher divides the class in four groups, he
choose one coordinator for each group and
distributes the colours of the cromatic circle. Each
student has only three colours for painting an
object.
Teacher collects the pictures, he mixes them and
distributes into the groups. The students have to
order the pictures following the cromatic circle.
Teacher asks the students if the cromatic circle
of their partners is right. The coordinator of each
group answer.
Teacher shows pairs of cards to the students. He
tells students to identify which picture has a
colour of the rainbow.
Students put their hand up to answer and
compare both cards.
