As a disabled veteran ran organization we employ highly trained security officers to protect the interest of our clients, and communities that we work in. We are licensed by the State of Utah to conduct business in the state, and as required by the state have a Qualified Agent who is approved by the State of Utah. We understand the state requirements and laws. Integrity has a large effluence in the way that Citadel-Chapman conducts business. The State of Utah security licensing laws have been established by the Department of Profession Licensing. According to the Security Personnel Licensing Act Title 58-63-101, (11) (302), Citadel-Chapman has had a legal Qualifying agent working for the company since being approved as a company by the State of Utah license. We have in no way violated the guidelines set forth by DOPL. Our qualifying agent Clayton Langston is a Senior Manager for Citadel-Chapman, in that position he oversees all of the companies operations. As a Senior Manager he over sees business for our contracts in the State of Utah, additionally his responsibilities include attending professional training and assisting in company operations that cover Colorado, and Missouri. During his time as Qualify Agent Clayton Langston has maintained Utah residency requirement, as well has met the requirements set forth by DOPL. Clayton Langstons residency requirements have been meet by, State of Utah Driver License, Physical and mailing address in the State of Utah, Income Tax filing for 2015 in the State of Utah, active member of the Utah National Guard, vehicle registration in the State of Utah, State of Utah Resident Hunting and Fishing License. It is company policy that if the Qualifying Agent is out of the State of Utah for any reason, that our established chain of command remains intact. During any situation that requires company management, our security officers have been given a clear Chain of Command to respond. Each officer is instructed and trained on company policy regarding notification of management. In the Qualifying Agents absence the manager is licensed by the state of Utah as Armed Security Officer and a certified State Instructor. This manager as well as our qualifying agent are part of our company chain of command. In closing our company operated within the guidelines set forth by the state of Utah. We didnt influence nor create the laws that are set by DOPL. Our organization respects these laws and will continue to operate under these guidelines.
