2 v 1 attack-defend-rest
Playing in a field approximating the width of the box and the length of two boxes with a keeper in each goal, play begins with two players
attacking one defender and GK. Upon finishing the opportunity either with a goal, save, or out of bounds the dispossessed/shooting attacker
recovers to defend against two new players who enter immediately from the end-line with a ball at their feet to attack the opposing goal,
while the other attacker steps off to rest. Repeat.
Offside is played.
Ensure that the defender does not drop too deep but pressures the ball at as high a point as possible in the given situation.
