SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MEL MATIAS, single, of legal age, with residence and postal address at Block 1 Lot 6 Mountain
Heights Subdivision Quirino Hi-way, Pangarap, Caloocan City, do hereby APPOINT,
CONSTANTINO D. DRIO married to Felminda Rose C. Drio, likewise of legal age, with postal
address at Blk. 22 Lot 4 Area B, Sapang Palay, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, as my true and
legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:
1. To sell and off er for sale for at least EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 80,000.00),
my property more particularly described as follows:
Giant Bicycle with Helmet and Racing Paraphernalia
2. To advertise in OLX.PH this above noted property specifi cally mentioning the
following:
Used by Former Champion in Triathlon
3. To receive 10% commission for this sale of property based on the actual selling
price.
3. To ensure that he will not appoint any other person as sub-agent or of similar
capacity to perform the above mentioned tasks that he should have personally
performed, unless otherwise with my written permission or authority.
4. To ensure that he will accomplish the task with diligence, faithfulness, and that
he will not receive any favor or gifts from any buyer whom he will contract for the
purpose of infl uencing me to sell the above mentioned property at a lesser price.
Any act in contravention of my interest automatically terminates this undertaking.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to do the above mentioned
acts as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may
do by virtue hereof with limitations set forth above and the additional limitation that this
Special Power of Attorney ceases 90 days from the date of its inception.
