retention (hypercapnia), 2 polycythemia.
Pneumonitis dyspnea, cough, chest tightness, headache

Dengue Shock Syndrome, Dengue Fever (DEN) Signs and Symptoms: Rapid onset
of high fever (102F) may be accompanied by headache, retro-orbital pain,
diffuse body pain (muscle, joint, and bone pain), a maculopapular rash,
thrombocytopenia, leucopenia and mild hemorrhagic manifestations (e.g., nose or
gum bleed).
