31st December 2014 Making a time-lapse video using an

SJ camera

1. Turn on your camera

2. Select capture and select 5s
3. Put it into pic mode and hit the ok button
4. Stop the camera when completed. A days footage ideally.
5. Connect to a pc
6. You will need an editor. I use Sony Vegas 11
7. Drop all of your pics into the editor.
8. Goto preferences and select the editing tag.
9. New still image length(seconds) change this to 0.033
10. Now you are good to go

Here is a simple one I created

This clip has about 5600 pics and is about 20 gb.

Tips - Ideally you will want a minimum of 8 hours footage so you will need about a 32 gb
memory card.
