Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Customer Service Manager


Management: DURAMAS Manufacturing
Work Place: Montecarmelo, Soyapango

Job responsibilities: Receives and transfers local and international calls and/or conference
calls.

Main duties:
Monitors and safeguards the petty cash.
Stores the entire stationery into the inventory in the Kunden system.
Controls the receipt and delivery of courier and general services bills.
Assists the Commercial Business Management, Export Management and Operations
Management by carrying out various administrative functions.
Make footwear sales invoices, remits the money obtained from the sales and generates
sales reports.

Qualifications:

Business Administration student or Marketing student.


1-3 years of experience in administrative support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment (fax, copier and telephone switch)
