Booking Requirements.

Check date of booking either it is available or not.

Change the date or book to another date if previous booking exists.
Save and record the customer information.
Record the customer with first and then last name.
Record the customers CNIC and address.
Function type either the function is wedding or birthday, vip or common etc.
Record the male and female strength attending the function.
Record the function amount according to function type.
Take 50% amount before the function or at the booking time.
Deduct 40% amount in case of cancelling the booking.
Time to function is about to 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Kitchen
System should display all record of crackri
System store new crackri
Provide catering type
Catering with meal then meal provide organization
Catering without meal then meal provide by user
System should store detail of stock
System tell how much remain and how much consume products

Management
System only handle by admin
Only admin can check record
Admin should insert ,delete and update,
Waiter should be in uniform
Pay salary of waiter and chef and cleaner in daily basis
If hundred then waiter should 3 and if 2 hundred members then 6 waiter required
and so on.

Non fuctional requirement

Booking
Only admin and manager can login to the system
Admin and manager only handle custumer
On phone call , booking not grunted until credit is confirm
Provide simple and vip format to user
Every fuction decoration show the type of fuction
In simple formate common metrial use
In vip formate , stylish metiral used like vine glass, carpate
In summer provide cooling fans facility that is extra charges
In spring provde hyters that is also extra charges
Provide sound system thats extra charges count
The food manu according to the user.
In cause of load shading the generator will use thats also extra charges
Provide AC room for bridel.
User also pay holding tax and GST tax.
Print the booking form
Provide annual and monthly report of all fuction
In annual report tell the fuction type and catring with meal and without mean
