from yourself and others. Projections are expectations, pre conceived notions and
reactions from past bad experiences that must be first faced, then released and
finally replaced with a new thought habit. Many of us have so many traumas and
repetitive negative actions its hard to tell the real from the shadows. That is
where this class, Learn to Meditate with Color, Crystals and Gemstones is a real
tool for healing.
The meditations in this class give you 5 choices, 5 different ways to access these
trauma triggers and really clear them, forever. If you are like me, and many of my
clients, the feeling of being stress free from clearing these triggers is intoxicating,
like being on a bliss train, and you can believe that feeling is there for you forever.
But the truth is, it takes an intentional approach, or the habit of self-destruction
rears its ugly head again, and its so subtle, you might not even notice until you
are right back in the middle of a pattern again.
The Intentional Meditation Series starts you with a baseline and continues to
give you the tools you need in a systematic way, gently replacing the selfdestructive habits with new approaches. This class, is a Master class, where you
can start to take control of your healing in a whole new way.

But if we are more fully alert to the possibility that this has a higher
meaning, and that we should explore it with reverence, then more
information is available to us. Give more attention to the person, place
or event that seems coincidental. Explore, be curious, fully alert and
confident. Give the energy back to the coincidental exchange.
Gut Instincts are universal, and most people agree that they are usually
correct, but they are only a symptom of the third chakra center trying
to engage your conscious mind. Pay attention. Go into a quiet or
meditative state and really explore the instinct from a spiritual point of
view. Give it some time to fully develop into a thought and plan of
action instead of an instinct.
This is your opportunity to develop Instinct into Intuition!
Character traits are developed over time as habits, what has or has not
worked in the past. As habits they are unconscious reactions and no
longer decisions being made in the moment. This needs periodic
review. Look at your character traits, ask for feedback from people you
trust, and most importantly, look at the results you are getting in the
areas of your life. If you are not getting the results you want, is it time
to change your traits? They are all choices, so make some new choices.
When we stay in touch with our authentic self, and truly check in with
our Intuition, we stop the self-sabotage that is programmed into our
subconscious minds. Self-sabotage that we are mostly unaware of.
Set the Intention of what new thought pattern and habit you want to
demonstrate in your life, choose the meditation to support it and use
the techniques to program your results, ask for guidance and you will
succeed in living by a whole new set of rules
Assign the color you most closely identify with these emotions. Your
inner guidance system will take note and send you confirmation, and
healing through the use of emotions with color signals. Its uncanny
how well this works to both send and receive information.

the word roses, you know an opportunity exists to fulfill your desire. Be
