In Europe there it is not illegal for a minor to drink alcholic beverages. In

France, children drink wine with their meals. In West Germany, children drink beer with

their meals. Obviously, there is no physical harm being done to these kids who are

drinking under the age of 21. The irrational Pennsylvania law which says that minors

cannot drink is a GAAT (General Agreement on Tariff’s and Trade) violation and should

be considered void and illegal under the Supremacy Clause of the United States

Constitution. Moreover, Governor Rendell is committing a felony under Federal Statute

Section 1983 and Section 242, by denying the the Civil Rights of Pennsylvania kids to

drink beer, wine, and bourdon and sour. Is Rendell as closet Moslem who does not want

pagans and Christians to drink beer or wine? In fact, the situation is so bad that

O’Douls, non-alcoholic beer can only be purchased and drank by a person 21 years or

older. This sounds like a stupid , irrational, Soviet law under Stalin. Is Govenor

Rendell of Pennsylvania really a Communist after all? Did he spend time in Mexico,

doing what? Inquiring minds wish to know.
