Intervention

Make play dough with ruth. Have all of the ingredients out, go
over the ingredients that we are going to need in order to make
play dough

1. Songs- with finger play, last song is going to be the freeze dance
where they will cross the midline. Practice crossing the midline
using bubbles. Blow the bubbles in a way that she has to reach
up, and then she has to reach back down.

2. Bring the tricycle in and have Ruth sit in the tricycle. Push back
against his feet with one hand and then the other, as you tell him to Push. As
he's pushing against your hands with his feet, move your hands in and out, so
that you're simulating the pedaling motion of the tricycle. You can say, "See
how this works? You'll peddle on the tricycle just like this -- and the tricycle will
move."
