Resources & References: Professor Joy Comingore was really helpful with assisting us to come up with an inquiry-based project so it would be more real for the
students to see and understand an abstract concept.
Reflection: (What have you learned about your students? How will this inform future instruction?)
The two of us learned that our students know more than we think they do, we were surprised when we asked what they knew about air and they knew more than
we had originally predicted. It was amazing when we compared what they said before and after about what they understood about air. As we continue with our
lessons, we hope to keep expanding on the childrens knowledge and allowing them to compare and contrast the before and after knowledge. We will use this
information to keep engaging and allowing for freedom for exploration.
