State legislators representing the citizens of Spokane have helped secure funds for portions of the Moving Forward plan. Many business and property owners, recognizing transit's role in economic development, continue to express a strong desire to see transit grow regionally. A quality transportation network, including well-developed public transit, is essential for the continued growth of our region. The citizens of Spokane value transit. Our constituents desire to see the Moving Forward pian implemented. Our citizens deserve to see results from their majority vote support of this plan. | strongly desire we allow all of the voters within the Public Transportation Benefit Area vote on this plan in the 2016 General Election.
