Will we be allowed to use any photos or video from your party for advertisement purposes (including on our website
and facebook)? No personal information will be given out. At your request we can blur faces. If nothing is written,
consent is assumed.

Terms & Conditions:


This service agreement is made as of the date noted below between JS Princess Parties, their Performer(s), and the
Client for the sole purpose of providing character entertainment for a specific time and event. This contract is not valid
unless it is signed by both parties and accompanied by the deposit.
1. JS Princess Parties agrees to provide character entertainment and/or other related entertainment services as
described above and in the Order Form for the identified period of time.
2. JS Princess Parties does not guarantee that a certain amount or type of activities will be performed at your
event. The Client understands that depending on the amount of children participating, the age of the children
participating, space, and other factors, that the amount or type of activities that may be performed during the
allotted amount of time may be altered. Client further understands that the performer may alter any agreed to
activities to accommodate the desires of the children.
3. Client acknowledges that there is a fifteen minute window in which arrival time may vary. Arrival time may vary
due to weather, traffic, construction, and other forces beyond our control. JS Princess Parties will provide the full
length of time of their services even if late.
4. JS Princess Parties is not a childcare service and is not responsible for misbehavior or supervision and/or the
safekeeping of children.
5. JS Princess Parties and its performers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, and/or damages, arising
from or in relation to any event. Should any injuries and/or damages arise or occur in relation to any event,
Client agrees to hold JS Princess Parties and its performers harmless and indemnify JS Princess Parties and its
performers against any and all injuries, damages, liability, and/or claims arising from the event.
6. JS Princess Parties reserves the right to leave any event without refunding any or all of the monies exchanged
between JS Princess Parties and the Client if our performers feel they and/or their costumes and/or any other of
our property is being mistreated or abused in any way or if there is inappropriate behavior by any party
attendees.
7. If JS Princess Parties has to cancel due to illness, forces of nature, acts of god, or other such activities, they will
either provide a full refund, a rescheduling of the event, or other service which is mutually accepted by both JS
Princess Parties and the Client.
8. If JS Princess Parties is unable to provide a specific character they will either provide a replacement or a discount
to the Client for the inconvenience. Changes will be discussed with the Client prior to the party.
9. Client agrees to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to the Performer(s) to enable the Performer(s)
to complete the performance. This may include carrying equipment, moving furniture, wrangling children, etc.
The Client will also supervise guests and monitor and address any behavioral issues.
10. Client agrees to be responsible for any damage to the costumes and property of JS Princess Parties and their
performers resulting from a failure of the Client to comply with the terms of this agreement. The Client must
assume full responsibility for the repair or replacement of the property, in the event of accidental or intentional
damage caused by party attendees.
11. It is mandatory that the event host or person paying for the entertainment be close at hand near the end of the
performance to provide payment at the conclusion of the performance.
12. It is required to pay with check or cash. Make all checks payable to Sarah Haag.
13. Due to the nature of the costumes our performers wear and the activities we provide, it is better for parties to
be held indoors. If you are planning on having your party outdoors you must follow these rules:
a. If it is raining or muddy outside our characters must remain indoors.
b. If it is snowing or below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, our characters must remain indoors.
c. If it is above 85 degrees Fahrenheit our characters must remain indoors.
d. If it is windy our characters must remain indoors.

e. Discretion is left up to the Performer(s).
14. No food and/or beverage items are allowed to be served while the characters are around. Children may not have
snacks, drinks, candy, or other such food and beverage items while the characters are in attendance. It is
recommended that food and beverages be served after the performers leave.
15. Cancelation on the part of the client will result in the forfeiture of your deposit unless the Client is able to
reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
16. When making your booking, the Client agrees that all characters at the event will be provided by JS Princess
Parties. We cannot work with another company providing the same or similar services. If you wish to have noncharacter entertainment such as a magician, face painter, or bounce house, you must tell JS Princess Parties in
advance such as to ensure cooperation and quality entertainment.
17. Any changes to the contract must be discussed and agreed upon between JS Princess Parties and the Client. If any
changes are made, a new contract and order form must be drawn up and signed before it becomes official.
