1. All Agri Pipes bear ISI marks.

2. Laying and jointing of UPVC pipe work system, including storage
shall be done under the general guidelines of IS:7634 (Part:3) : 1975.
3. Company will not be responsible for rejection on account of design
fault in piping system unless the design is workedout/approved by the
company, prior to ordering. Company will also not be responsible incase
of rejection due to unintended use of any pipe.
4. The Prices quotes above are normally for supplies Ex-Factory.
5. Local Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
6. These prices are subject to change without notice. (Prevailing rates
will be charged at the time of despatch)
7. All transactions subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
8. Company will not take any responsibility of the payment made in
cash to any of its staff members.
9. Unless otherwise specified the company will despatch the goods by
the most convenient means of Transport available.
