QUESTION 1

INTRODUCTION
Creating life goals is helpful in making decisions that affect long-term plans for life. We
all have our own goals in our life. The problem is how to reach what we desire. Of
course, its not always easy way to reach our goals, but is there any tricks to reach them?
There arent any easy answers to that question, however I have a few steps that might
help to get there.

Observe yourself
Through becoming more aware of the effects of your thoughts, feelings and actions, you
can learn a lot about what intensifies your symptoms and what helps you to feel better.
Then, by changing how you live, you can do less of those things that make you worse and
more of those that help.
Brainstorm
When you are in the idea phase and brainstorming out all the possibilities for what you
might want to pursue in your future, you need not get caught up in categories or the
types of different goals. Simply write down as many things as possible for what youd
like to do, be or have. Reading the goal you have listed will help you brainstorm out your
goals.

Be specific
Be specific about what you want to achieve. Most people, don't know what they want to
do with their life, and even after thinking hard, they don't come up with something they
really want to do. This is one of the main reasons that in spite of so many books on
success, most people live an average life.

Analyze conflicting goals

When you setting your goals you have to analyze conflict that will happen when you try
to achieve your goals. You have to list down what kind of conflict that happens and try to
overcome that conflict one by one.

CONCLUSION
Creating life goals is the only way to rid of the fear of the unknown that might be
happening and help to create picture of where the future will be. Successful people
maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay
focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps
they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the
other distractions that life presents to them quotes by Jack Canfield.

QUESTION 2

INTRODUCTION
The process of following the lead of a role model doesn't end in childhood
though. Even grown men and women can have role models to follow and live
their life by. A role model is defined as a person who serves as a model in a
particular behavioral or social role for another person to emulate. There is
some tips to find good role models.

Look At Ourselves
"We don't receive wisdom; we must discover it for ourselves after a journey
that no one can take us or spare us." This was written by Marcel Proust. This
quote explains that no matter how much someone can teach you there are
still things that must be learn on your own, and that is "wisdom". When you
realize that youre at the top of the hill you are a senior and ready to go out
into the real world.

Good Communication Skills

Communication is about more than just exchanging information. It's about understanding
the emotion and intentions behind the information. Effective communication is also a
two-way street. Its not only how you convey a message so that it is received and
understood by someone in exactly the way you intended, its also how you listen to gain
the full meaning of whats being said and to make the other person feel heard and
understood.

High Self-Esteem
Self-esteem is incredibly important and is a much talked about concept. If you have high
self-esteem, you are more likely to believe in your chances of accomplishing your goals.
It is important that you focus on maintaining high self-esteem because you can find the
people/things which raise your self-esteem and increase their presence in your life.
People high in self-esteem claim to be more likable and attractive, to have better
relationships, and to make better impressions on others than people with low self-esteem.

Open Minded and Willing To Become Role Model

An open mind is good thing most of the time. New ideas, new experience, increased
knowledge, personal and professional growth, better relationships and an overall positive
approach to life are just a few of the benefits of having an open mind. It will improve
your relationships with others. Becoming more understanding and help improve your
relationships with others.

CONCLUSION
A role model gives people inspiration. Their inspiration ranges from inspiring people to
keep fit to doing great things. Good role model will help us to become an example and a
mirror for the people around us.

QUESTION 3

INTRODUCTION
The greatest ways to find out why your precious one isn't eating well are to pay attention,
look for signs and ask questions. Encourage him to talk openly and honestly, and reassure
him that he is not a burden to you or anyone else. Some of the most common reasons for
poor nutrition in the elderly include.

Decrease in Sensitivity
The aging process itself is a barrier to good nutrition since it is common to for appetites
to diminish as a person ages. A decline in the senses of smell and taste also affect a
persons ability to taste and enjoy food. If a meal isnt appetizing, a senior is less likely to
eat as much as he should.

Side Effects of Medication

Certain medications (whether over-the-counter or prescription) can reduce appetite, cause
nausea, or make food taste differently. If a senior doesn't feel hungry due to medication
side effects, she is less likely to eat even though her body does need food and calories.

Poor Dental Health

Seniors are more likely to suffer from dental problems. Ill-fitting dentures, jaw pain,
mouth sores and missing teeth can make chewing painful. All of these factors make it
increasingly difficult for the elderly to eat healthy foods.

Financial Burden
Many seniors are on fixed or limited incomes. If he is worried about money, a senior may
cut back on grocery expenses or buy cheaper and less-nutritious foods to stretch his
budget. Lacking money to pay for adequate foods can result in a host of nutrition
problems.
Physical Difficulty
Seniors can become frail as they age, especially when dealing with debilitating conditions
like fibromyalgia, arthritis, vertigo (dizziness) and disability. Physical pain and poor
strength can make even simple tasks (opening a can, peeling fruit, and standing long
enough to cook a meal) too challenging.
Forgetfulness
Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and poor memory can hurt a senior's ability to eat a
variety of foods on a regular schedule and remember what to buy at the store. One may
keep eating the same foods over and over without realizing it, or skip meals entirely
because she doesn't know the last time that she ate.

CONCLUSION
Poor nutrition habits can be a behavioral health issue, because nutrition and diet affect
how you feel, look, think and act. A bad diet results in lower core strength, slower
problem solving ability and muscle response time, and less alertness.

QUESTION 4

INTRODUCTION
Taking care of ones teeth and gums is as important for senior citizens. After all, the state
of an elderly persons oral health can have a significant bearing on quality of life how
comfortably he or she can eat, speak, and smile. Poor oral health can lead to tooth decay.
There are some causes for tooth decay and steps that a person can take to improve the
health of gums and teeth.
Decrease Saliva Production at the Elder Age
Saliva keeps your mouth moist, and it helps to break down your food and helps you to
swallow. It also acts as a cleanser. It is constantly washing around your mouth and teeth,
fighting decay and helping to keep your teeth clean. Decrease in saliva production cause
tooth decay because food cant easily break down while you are chewing and plaque that
is not removed from the teeth mineralizes into the enamel surface of the tooth and create
holes in the tooth.
Painkillers and Medicine
In addition, some drugs contain in medicine or painkillers are known to cause serious
problems to teeth and gums and this combined with poor maintenance of oral health can
mean that people suffer severe problems. Chronic tooth decay, cracked teeth, gingivitis or
other forms of gum disease. Toxic chemicals which can cause many problems for an
addict. Lithium, muriatic and sulfuric acid these are all highly corrosive will coat the
teeth causing significant decay to the enamel.
Healthy Diet
The most important and simple aspect of prevention to tooth decay, is to make a routine
lifestyle to eat healthy diet. Sweets and sugary foods should be eaten sparingly since

these are the foods that put your teeth at an extra high risk for tooth decay. When you do
chew it, make sure you brush immediately.
Routine Brushing Teeth
In the other hand, Dental plague, a clear sticky film composed of food debris and other
substances, continuously forms on the surface of the teeth. Dental plaque plays an
important role in dental decay and causes periodontal disease. Brushing teeth helps
remove plaque and food.

CONCLUSION
Appearance driven world clean and healthy teeth are a sign of good hygiene and success.
Good oral hygiene and oral health can improve your overall health, reducing the risk of
serious disease and perhaps even preserving your memory in your golden years.

QUESTION 5

INTRODUCTION
Depression is a serious illness that almost attack each and every one of us. Most cases of
depression can be treated, but not everyone gets treatment. Depression is basically feeling
sad, not wanting to do anything, and feeling like you are no good. There are many
reasons that someone can become depressed and what need to be done to overcome it?
Let we discuss together.

Medications
Certain medications prescribed for various medical conditions do cause such feelings as
sadness, despair, and discouragement. And those are feelings that are often associated
with depression. Other medicines prescribed for medical problems can trigger mania
(excessive elation and energy) that's usually associated with bipolar disorder. Even
though the drugs may be necessary to treat the condition, the side effect is hardly
acceptable. Accutane for the treatment of acne, has been found to also sometimes cause
depression.

Physical Illnesses
Mood changes and depressive illnesses are more common in people suffering from
physical illnesses, than in people who are well. Although a person can develop depression
in association with almost any physical illness, some diseases are more likely to lead to
depression than others. Depression in these conditions can be expected to respond to the
same treatments as any other depressive illness. Some physical illnesses, particularly

10

heart disease and other conditions that affect the blood supply, are more likely to occur in
people with depression.

Medical Treatments for Depression

The main medical treatment for depression is antidepressant medication. Antidepressant
medication may be prescribed, along with psychological treatments, when a person
experiences a moderate to severe episode of depression. People with more severe forms
of depression (bipolar disorder and psychosis) do generally need to be treated with
medication. This may include one or a combination of mood stabilizers, anti-psychotic
drugs and antidepressants.

Cognitive Therapy
Works on the basic premise that all emotion comes from thoughts. For example: If you
think about something scary, you will feel fear. People will learn to 'catch' their thoughts
and challenge them so that they can feel differently. Working on your thinking styles is
absolutely essential if you suffer from depression. Cognitive therapy, if applied skillfully,
has done very well in the research for lifting and preventing relapse of depression.

CONCLUSION
For people struggling with depression, it's important to have compassion for yourself and
to take actions to overcome this state, including seeking help. Remember that no matter
what youre critical inner voice may be telling you, the situation is far from hopeless.
There is good help available and many active ways to treat your condition.

QUESTION 6
INTRODUCTION
Financial stability is an as valuable as fragile good. Given recent experiences, it seems
understandable that a lot of resources are spent on financial supervision and regulation.
Good money management can mean many things from living within your means to
saving for short and long-term goals. However financial stability is affected by the age
that a person starts planning. We going to discuss how it will affect and what is the steps
can take for better finances.

Financial Abuse of the Elderly

Financial abuse of the elderly within a domestic setting by individuals relatively well
known to the elder person. This focus encompasses financial abuse by family members,
friends, and caregivers of the elder person and excludes financial abuse within
institutional settings or by strangers. Examples specifically relevant to financial abuse is
taking, misusing, or using without knowledge or permission money or property & forging
or forcing an elder person's signature.

Financial Scams
Scammers target elders that they perceive to be vulnerable -- those that are isolated,
lonely, physically or mentally disabled, unfamiliar with handling their own finances, or
have recently lost a spouse. Financial scams perpetrated against older people include a
broad range of conduct from outright taking of money or property to forging a signature
on a legal document, such as a will or deed, to getting paid for care, products, or services
and then not providing them.

12

Expect Your Expenses

Everyone can benefit from a budget. Its not just for people who are having trouble
making ends meet. If youre spending less than you earn, use your budget to work out
how much you can put aside each pay to improve your financial position. We call this
paying yourself first. If youre spending more than you earn, use your budget to see
where your money is going. Then see if there are any ways you can cut your spending or
increase your income.

Setting up A Budget
Record of money you have coming in and payments that you make such as your rent or
mortgage and regular and irregular spending. A great way to work out your budget is to
have a budget planner. This allows you to record all of your incomings and outgoings. It
then analyses and ads up your figures and gives a breakdown of where your spending
goes each month across like Household bills, financial products, and Leisure.

CONCLUSION
Financial stability is achievable for anyone. It may be more difficult, depending on what
you need to feel stable, but theres no excuse to not make the effort to push yourself
toward personal stability. If you need help creating a plan, consider speaking with a
trained debt and budget counselor. Sometimes financial obstacles feel impossible when
were standing too close to them. A professional outside perspective can help you see
solutions you might have otherwise missed.

QUESTION 7
INTRODUCTION
Everyone has a list of things they want to do before they die. Whether it is written down
or not, there is something in this world that you would like to do, but have yet to
accomplish. Writing out a bucket list is the first step you can make towards
accomplishing some of these goals. However, this can be a harder list to write than you
might expect. If you use the following tips, you should be able to not only write a
meaningful list, but actually accomplish it as well.

Dont Try To Write It All At Once

This isnt an easy list to write. You may get to 20 or 30 things, and start drawing a blank.
Dont get discouraged, just take some time off before you come back to it. This is an
evolving process. It may take you weeks or months to actually finish a complete list.
Many people will never have a completed list, because it will constantly be added to. So
just think of it as a working document. Whenever you think of something, write it down
and add it.

Think Out of the Box

Some of the most interesting things on your list are going to end up being some of the
most random. The ones that set you apart from everyone else. For me, a big one is #27:
Golf at Augusta National Golf Club. It is the most difficult course to get on in the world,
and many view it as a mecca of the sport. I want to play. It certainly isnt easy, but hey, I
have a lifetime to fulfil these goals!

14

Target Different Areas of Your Life

Usually when people start their lists, the vast majority of the first things they write down
are things related to travel .This is great, I know a very large portion of my list is devoted
to this. But try and expand in to other aspects of your life. Hobbies, finances, careers,
relationships, activities, these are all great things to consider when building out a lifetime
list. Rather than I want to go to Buenos Aries, break it into two items. I want to learn to
Tango, and Tango dance in Argentina. Having a purpose for the locations you want to
travel to can make your trip that much more fulfilling when you actually accomplish it.

Set Goals
Without goals the list doesnt work. If you dont set a timeline or dont start taking
action, you never will. So create a goal of accomplishing 5 things a year depending on
your list. Maybe you want to do everything by the time you are 40? Come up with a
realistic plan for how you are going to do it, and stick to it.

CONCLUSION
I hope my bucket list inspires ideas of your own and encourages you to create one. All of
these items are once-in-a-lifetime and special to me, because they are things I would not
do on a regular routine. I hope to do all of these before I kick the bucket.
