Alignthebeadsandstringthroughthetopchannelofthebeads.Cuttheelastic,leaving3"on
eachendofthebeads.Flipeachbeadupfromthebottomandthreadtheelasticthroughthe
bottomchannel.Cuttheelasticleavingthe3"selvage.
