I, Muhammad Hidayat Isa, hereby endorse and support the application of Muhammad Zaim Hanif later
will be called Zaim Hanif as Vice President Talent Management of AIESEC in Surabaya 2015-2016.

I met Zaim for the first time when he was one of the speakers in Local Committee Conference (LCC) of
AIESEC Surabaya 2013. And then in 2014, we work together in Talent Management under Trainers
Coordinator. Since the first time and until now, I am very impressed with his motivation, willingness to
learn, and passion to this organization. He enjoys every experience that he had and never wastes an
opportunity that comes in order to develop him selves and this entity. Those reasons make me believe
that he can bring a new perspective to Talent Management of AIESEC in Surabaya. On the note,
knowing that this experience will take so much time, he needs to stay focus in order to give his best
contribution for AIESEC in Surabaya and get the best development through this journey.

Hence, I endorse the application of Muhammad Zaim Hanif as Local Committee Vice President Talent
Management AIESEC in Surabaya 2015/2016. I wish him tons of luck for the application process and
