that personnel were in compliance with DOD regulations and policies as well as Joint Commission on Accreditation
of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards.
Commended for the planning, coordination, resourcing and hosting of what was considered the best Regional Senior
Leader Conference held at Fort Bragg. Managed the leadership and direction of 13 Brigades on Fort Bragg resulting

Worked in conjunction with civil engineers to design the first permanent dormitories in the Master Plan prioritizing

personnel.

29 personnel including Foreign Service Nationals.

Planned, coordinated and managed operations of the largest and most complex Medical Center and Medical Region
within the Army Medical Command at the NARMC/WRAMC facilities. Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to
the Commanding General as well as 20 state regions comprised of 11,000 personnel and an operational budget
valued in excess of $1 billion.

Interfaced with multiple Military branches with Command Sergeant Majors and Sergeant Majors throughout the
region as well as the National Capital area to ensure cohesive operations of the Medical Command.
Managed a Medical Brigade comprised of six Medical Battalions and one Headquarters and Headquarters Company
with a total of over 1,987 personnel. Served as a guest speaker for the European Regional Medical Command Senior
NCO Conference.
Liaised with inter/outer agencies to ensure all objectives were synchronized, and all agencies were updated and
operating in synthesis to ensure all requirements were met or exceeded.
