ABSTRACT
TITLE OF PROJECT: E-logistics For Warehouse Management
Introduction:
This System is very user friendly tool, basically used
in the material
management of the organisation. This tool alerts the user when the material reaches to its
reorder level automatically which enables the user to intimate the concern department to
take necessary action. The analysis reports intimates the consumption of each material
against each project or product.

Module I: User Management

This module is available for Administrator to add the employee

details and to assign the permissions to them. Administrator has
full right to access this website.
Module II: Material Master
The material master consists of material code, brief description,
description,unit and rate.
Module III: Material Details
It contains detailed description of each material like type of material,item
code,item name,item no,quantity,reorder level and cost of each material.

Module IV: ISRV

The ISRV is the initial stores receipt whenever stores receive the
goods against each purchase order.
Module V: CSRV
CSRV is final report after completion of Quality Control tests, which
in turn being sent to Finance Department for payment.

Module VI: E-Kardex

Electronic Kardex maintains the receipt and issues of each material and it
maintains the ROL (Re-Order Level) of each material and also alerts the
user when ever the consumption of that material reaches to its reorder level
which helps to take necessary further action.

Module VII: Reports

Reports when required, this helps out the user the consumption of each
material.
