    To whom it may concern:

    I am writing on behalf of Shawn Flynn for the position of Athletic Director. I have known Shawn for over
    10 years on a professional basis. He was the coach of the Campbell girls team when I coached the
    Conant girls team in 2001-2005, and coached the team when my daughter Brooke played for Conant
    from 2007-2011. Shawn is very professional, and his teams were always well prepared. He also seemed
    to have a great relationship with his players. Shawn was also humble in victory and gracious in defeat. I
    have worked for numerous athletic directors in my 25yrs of coaching and I believe Shawn has the
    intelligence, experience, people skills and competitiveness to make a highly qualified A.D. and I highly
    recommend Shawn for the position of Athletic Director.
