student growth as well as identify areas in

online assessment they are aligned with
the new PARCC format. Each student will
test for two sessions during that period.
EXCUSED ABSENCES: Please remember
that students who have over ten unexcused absences for the semester lose
credit in their class(es). Saturdays count
as regular school days. Please provide the
main office all doctors notes or other
documentation which can excuse an absence. All parents/guardians should call
the school to report a student absent.
CREDIT COMPLETION: Credit completion for the fall semester has ended. Almost all students completed the necessary hours. Seniors must complete credit
completion prior to graduation.
EXAM EXEMPTIONS: Students who
earned an 85 or better on their mid-term
exam and have an A average at the end
of the course are exempt from taking the
final exam. They end the course with a
grade of A

HOMEWORK CENTER: A supervised, afterschool homework center is available for the

free late bus will take the students home at
5:00 pm. Any student who stays late must sign
up for the after-school activity prior to fourth

CAREER DAY: On May 8 ACHS will host
